Work permit ? Like a visa ?

No, a work permit which all minors in the United States require to get a job. It's pretty much a tiny slip of paperwork that has to be signed and whatnot. I think it's really stupid that one, the school has any control whether or not I get a job during the school year, and two, that I still need a work permit for the summer.

Oh yeah. Wait, are you not even 16 yet ? Because you don't need one when you hit 16. I also remember when I was in middle school I wanted a work permit and my school was like " we don't do that, you can't have one "

In my state, if you're under 18, you still need a permit.
