Eh I let one slip out if I hurt myself

If I do that around my parents, I get fucking screamed at

Ok yeah I've seen people cuss around my parents but mine would flip

I pulled the "You swear at drivers all the time why cant I swear?" card. And then expletives gradually started slipping out during conversation until i numbed them to it. Playing the long game

I didn't cuss around anyone in my family until i moved out and then i didn't care and neither did they

I do and my mom doesn't care as long as it's not excessive

I only swear when I'm quoting someone else, and even then I prefer to say "S-H word" instead of shit, because I feel like I'll get yelled at.

First time I did it, I was angry and I said fuck. My dad started to get up (he was gon beat my ass in the next 2 seconds) and I said "Yeah I swore! I'm angry!" Then he sat back down. Biggest relief of my life and biggest scare of my life I swear

I started as a teenager. My mother always popped off about how I shouldn't cuss, but she's worse than a sailor. My standard response is "Mom, you were a single parent, where did I learn it?"
