Now there is one final item on the list.
Each element will get a dragon. These dragons need personalities/uniqueness. I'm thinking that each one breathes the element it has, and for example the Air dragon is small and extremely fast. It breathes tornadoes

I already have a story involving 8 Dragons of an element, but they all have the same personality, so u can help you here

Air: Fast Flying (Breathes Tornadoes)
Fire: Swims in Lava (Breathes fire)
Water: Swims fast in water (Breathes water)
Earth: Digs fast (Breathes ???)

Personailities:
Air: Energetic
Fire: Aggresive
Water: Relaxed
Electricity: ???
Earth: Kind

The earth dragon could breathe sand, or maybe he can fire dirt from his mouth, he could use a special magical breath that can create earth spires, or he could just slam his tail on the ground and cause earthquakes

Interesting... though his tunnelling could cause the earthquakes, I'm considering 3 types of breath. Mud, sand and boulders

I haven't made any contribution yet. But what about you give them powers opposite to their personalities. But in order to progress all of them/some of them (a team) has to work together.
Like Earth is distracting with flying and causing menace and then Air causes an earthquake. I think maybe this can be interesting.

No, the powers for each dragon stays the same. The Mancers, as mentioned above, will have a dragon of their own type to provide extra mana and such.
