Okay, so I have been getting some flac for posting a long comment and a downvoting stalker regarding my experiences in Arkansas.
The topics was: Arkansas vs Weed
This topic reminded me of what my comment was about, so I wrote it.
Not even minutes later, I'm getting hate for telling the truth about a place
that was mentioned in the title (Which to me would be more interesting and educational than generic stoner comments)
The argument is basically that my comment was "irrelevant" even though, it did have something to do with Arkansas.
idk if it was because of the nature of the topic, (because I see people posting "irrelevant" comments all the time and get no flac,
maybe even praised!) or if it's just a lot of hateful people on this site, or something.
2 commenters insist that I was wrong for posting, but I believe that I was right to post that comment.
I was told that I should not comment once I start seeing downvotes, because that means they don't wanna hear what you have to say.

Me, not caring if people don't like me, said what I had to say anyways.
Was I right or was I wrong?

I don't see a problem voicing your opinion as long as it wasn't already represented. then a simple like would suffice.

After reviewing the post in question I agree with mightyoak and german_satan. No problem ranting but hijacking a post for one like that is over the top. Best to have brought it here.

I don't think it was about the "vs weed" part... it was just an entire rant about Arkansas. (Fuck that place 100% though).
