My spouse has it but since I am great with switching topics I can keep up with his short attention spans

Adhd is a real thing where the symptoms usually occur in early years, my cousin has it and OH BOY sometimes it's hard to hold a conversation with her but she's getting help with it. Apparently it's due to the inhibition of 4 executive neuropsychological functions but I haven't done much research on it to understand it fully.
