About a year ago, I decided to leave FunSubstance.
My mental health was failing from the conflicts I began on this site. You guys probably realize how easy it is to pick a fight on here, especially regarding politics. I'm not proud of this.
I'm a better person now. I feel like I can effectively deal with conflict now, and I'm happy to say I am no longer depressed. Yay!
I'm back. I won't reveal my old usernames because those are identities I want to leave in the past.
I made this chat to express that this site can have detrimental effects on us. I'm not saying it's bad: I realize FunSubstance is a source of happiness for many. I just want to point out that taking a break from this sometimes-hostile environment can be amazingly beneficial.
I'd even say it was kind of miraculous for me.

Anyway, I'm glad I'm back. I hope y'all are doing okay. :)
