So I have a couple of zigs right on the bridge of my nose that have become skin. Yep, unwanted lumps. Dermatologist like REALLY wanted to burn them off. How bad is the scarring, and did it work for any of you? But seriously... he really wanted to. As in, put the goggles on and got ready without even asking me. I think I’ll look for a new dermatologist.

I've lanced them with a cold needle. Scars up like how you would if you pinched it out but give it a week or so and the scar will fade out. It's not even a scar as far as I can tell. It's like a scab except not bloody.
