Sadly not so much, at least on Netflix. I like Mike Tyson Mystery team or whatever. Moonbeam city is an 80's vibe but fun. If you like Archer you'll probably like Rick and Morty, but most people know about that so it's a lame reccomendation. True Lies and Spies like us are two older comedy spy movies that aren't quite as dark but I like them and they poke fun at the genre. Burn notice is a good spy comedy show with laughs and an ensemble cast.

Not the same but try South Park. If you like South Park or think it’s too dirty try bobs burgers. My favorite now is callled Mr. Robot

The creator of Archer also wrote, directed, and did voices for a show that was on Adult Swim some years ago called Sealab 2021. Written differently but very similar humor. Not on Netflix unfortunately. Should be on Hulu or probably somewhere else on the internet.
