This might not help, but: Drink some water and wait it out. Sometimes it goes away quickly.

I would just try to eat something sweet, like chocolate or honey. Maybe some tea with sugar will help too

Take a hot, steaming shower or bath and breathe in the steam for 10-20 minutes. And maybe even sip some warm tea with honey. Hope you get to feeling better!

^^ Steam is very good at clearing the lungs. Afterwards, wear a mask to prevent further irritations
