Basically the thing that would be easiest to identify them by. For myself that would be a big nose and large bags under the eyes

I’m with yimmye on the unusual feature thing, usually whatever is a persons main physical facial feature. (Weirdly enough I’ve noticed it correlates directly to if I find someone attractive as well)

I notice hairstyle. Hairstyle says A LOT about a person. Also helps me to remember who they are. So, usually, I'm the first to notice a haircut.

I’d argue about hairstyle saying a lot about somebody. I don’t think my hair says anything about me

It's a collection of things at once... but I'm pretty good at deducing someone's personality just from their face. I wish I were wrong more often.... I tend to see everyone in a negative light at first... which I guess is just a reflection of myself projecting but whatever.
