Okay so mle is short for madamoiselle and rdv is short for rendez-vous, and I guess crous is nuts? If that’s the case the sentence doesn’t make a lick of sense to me, what do nuts have to do with anything?

Guess I'm late but "miss you need to take a appointment with the Crous to get your keys"

Crous= nuts. C.R.O.U.S.=Centre Régional des Oeuvres Universitaires et Scolaires. It’s kinda like an office of student services. They deal with scholarships and other things.

"make an appointment with student services to get your keys" is the easiest way of putting it

Thank you all <3
I'm shocked as of the informal manner this mail was written in. Without help, I might've misunderstood it and wouldn't have gotten the keys to my residence.

Since at least Marie Antoinette the French have had an interesting relationship with formality.... I hope you enjoy and wish you the best of luck. Vouloir, c’est pouvoir.
