Sounds like the SAT, missed the first question. "First name" like who the fuck are they to ask who i am? Nah but seriously all for info has been filled out

Or are you referring to finding a suitable person?
metalman · 5 years ago
Finding a person, I've had only a couple conversations and matches with people but the conversation never extends past the bare minimum of conversation.

Keep trying. I got with my fiance on Tinder. We kinda knew each other in college, but only enough to recognize each others faces.
You just gotta keep trying and dont be afraid to just wing it. If you find someone and wanna meet, make in in a super public place and make sure your family and friends know where you're going
You can never be too careful

I gotcha thanks, i do kinda want some opinions on my profile layout and my bio though. If any of that would make it better to get a match.

What's your bio? (I'm not the best person for this cause I'm not a fan of dating apps but I can try)

Wait found your post. It looks good in my opinion but I guess you could make it more personal, it's a little like a mini essay but if that's how you want to portray your personality then keep it like that. In the meantime you could add a few more photos of you doing different things, maybe in the process of welding to show off your skills. Don't have too cause it looks good but just some options if you want to change it up a bit.

Gotcha, a few more pictures wouldn't hurt. Thanks!

Lower the difficulty settings. I heard the "Become a Catfish" setting really helps with that.

If you like dogs or cats make sure to mention that

I didn’t want to say anything because I felt super awkward about it but @parisqueen took the words right out of my mouth. My big question was ‘what is he looking for?’ Something casual or more serious? Someone who likes to travel, or a homebody, or a good mix of both? A fellow ‘artisan’ or someone more left-brained as a counterbalance? You seem like a good person so I hope you find who you want, and sooner than you expect it. You deserve it.

Another random thought: you may want to try other sites. Tinder, for example, is more of a hookup app IMHO but you seem to be looking for something more serious. You may want to try an actual dating app or website where people are looking for something more substantive, if you’re not on them already. Good luck!
