The same muscles that contract to expell a baby contracts during your period. Bottom line, it's extremely painful and sometimes walks hand in hand with nausea and numbing of the legs. Sure, some girls are lucky and have it easier, but please stop saying girls overreact when you have no ides what you're talking about.
