Actually, you have a 1 in 2^14 chance, or 1 in 16,384 chance to have 14 girls in a row. So, if you have 1 million couples in the world (and there are far more than that) and each had 14 children, then you will have on average 61 couples with all girls. Easiest way to tell is just to have a DNA analysis of his semen to see if it has Y chromosomes in them or not.
