I'm from a small Caribbean island with an equally small population and we could use something like this. No joke, here it's really common to date someone and then find out that they're related to you

On four separate occasions, a bright blue light shone into my bedroom at night (kind of like in the picture), starting off dull but gradually increasing in brightness and lasted for about 15 seconds before going away. These occurred at four separate houses. Didn't think much of it the first time because my bedroom face the street (even though it was upstairs.) The second and third time there was no other houses, streets, or street lights facing my bedroom, just swamp. Now the fourth time occurred in an entirely different country. Currently live in England and my bedroom is in the third floor...never told anyone about it.
