Do you not realize it's a joke?.. You're saying he doesn't deserve a lady in his life but he went out to get tampons for her. It's not his fault if he isn't sure what to get. For all you know he could've texted her and posted everything on snapchat just for views. Don't take stupid posts on the internet so seriously, when for all you know this could be entirely fake.
