So give your kids sexual education! Don't wait with that untill they are pregnant! Even if the church is against it. The US is stil on top of the list of child pregnancies! I personally know a guy that was 48 years old when he becam a GREAT-GRANDFATHER. Wonder why his kids, grand kids and great grand kids didn't finish their education? Too busy getting laid without proper protection!

Not completely true! Amunition for military weapons is kept in military baraks. But all these men also have to perform their shooting praktice twice a year on a local shooting range (every vilage has at least one). And they keep amunition there. Also, it is extremely easy to own a non militairy weapon, just ask the police if you can buy one and if you have a clean slate and are not mentaly unfit to have an arm, they will isue not one, but three "Gun Purchase Permits". This is in case you go to the gun store and see one or two more guns you like. You don't even have to be Swiss for that, just be a legal "alien" is enough (C-Permit or permanent recidence). And as a private Gun- owner - enthousiast - collector - sport-shooter, you can keep as much amunition as you like. As long as it is stored safely.
