Getting hit seems traumatic enough, this guy was too intense. I'm generally armed in my vehicle and I might have shot this idiot if I were in this situation because I would be fearing an attack. You don't get to grab people and break their stuff because they are doing something wrong. They will have to pay up and deal with the legal ramifications.

My girlfriend (in a vw beetle) accidentally pulled out in front of a huge speeding truck (Lifted dodge with crazy metal bumpers) and was hit while I was talking with her on the phone. The people in the truck said she was texting. So this post bothers me, this person doesn't have that right.

Thank you guys so much for giving me hope of rational people on this site and still left in this world.

This makes me happy

This is really upsetting. I'm the kind if guy who would do what the waiter did, but I would really lose faith in people if someone took advantage of my kindness in this way. People like this make me reluctant to help people. Don't be a jerk like this person was.
