I disagree with having it "being an evolutionary instinct" as an acceptable response
nature prompts a lot of responses that are not acceptable in our society. When someone messes with you why don't you immediately go and fight them as your instincts dictate? Because humans have something other than just animal instinct: self control
And you can damn sure use your self control not to blatantly stare at girls' asses
