the thing about condoms being too small, its not that they are too small to fit ... just too small to be comfortable maybe... i mean i have had some brands where they were really just uncomfortably tight. so you get a different brand or bigger size, magnums exist for a reason. but 99% of guys don't need something that big.
about the foot condom. clearly for when you want to ram your foot so far up someone's a$$ that you need this sort of protection to be sure you don't catch something. also afterword, no cleanup, just remove the condom :D
