Actually Lagombi's (the rabbit) attacks are decently easy to avoid, it's just difficult for beginners. Monster is like dark souls in some regards, knows when bosses have openings, read their attacks and act accordingly, and the #1 rule: Have patience!
I will say however that the demo for 3U has a couple balancing issues, mainly bc it takes way longer than 20 minutes for any casual player to beat Lagombi, and don't even get me started on forcing the medium difficulty to be a Plesioth (who's hitbox was literally broken and unbalanced in the 3rd generation). Oh yeah, and about the regular enemies... Yeah, everyone in the community hates them too
