I have the same question but I'm guessing its referring to when someone says "put it in" or "throw it in?" Just a guess, someone please let me know if this is correct.
I think it refers to the fact that some people put two trays on their desk labelled 'in' and 'out', so people put letters or memos in your in box, and you put anything you've finished with or want other people to read in your out box. the fact that it's a bin basically is saying 'i dont give a shit about anything you want me to do'
You'd be surprised at how many people go through the drive thru and say it's to-go I'm pretty sure they actually mean it instead of trying to remain sane IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROPHECY
