Read the article...It took him 6 weeks to actually make a change and he appreciated item here's the quote from the article: "Jamie explained: ‘It took the full six weeks to motivate me to do something but I’m so glad I did. Neil has saved my life, I can’t thank him enough.’"
I know. Its great that he made a change and he is able to live a more comfortable and healthy life. I was just saying that there are better ways. Just my opinion.
Developing an eating disorder in which you despise your body and equate weight loss with self worth can allow you to lose lots of weight. This does not mean it's a healthy weight loss "motivator."
