Children's Youth Services has an dickfart for whoever's in charge of that area. He's obviously not a "child" anymore first of all (well...legally he is but that's bullcrap if he's old enough to be in high school AND riot in any significant fashion), and she's doing her motherly duty of keeping her spawn out of trouble.
What part of this is actually "abuse"? Cussing? Smacking? Yelling?
Almost every person would be in foster care (and not very many of those too) or orphaned if any of these were the reason.
Although I'm not against parents beating their kids I am annoyed with how people are calling her "Mom of the year" and such because if the genders were reversed and it was a dad hitting his daughter people would be all over him calling him horrible and an abuser.
