small countries with not so much big citys and infrastructure are a testplace for new webtechnologies. the law often says: if you want to start a new system and you want to sell it, first you have to recover like 60 percent of the hole country. that's why small countries with not so much big cities always are the first tester. if the company can handle this in romania well, the next step is the rollout for the other countries.
except Romania's not that small at all. trust me, i checked a map and some stats. other more known countries have an overall surface and total population considerably smaller.
And the romanian one. The romanian flag has a lighter shade of blue, but since this photo is 'shopped to hell and back, it's difficult to tell them apart.
