That’s fallacious logic. To arrive at that conclusion you either need to make one of the following arguments. “If a guy has a small X, then he talks about his car and salary on the first date. The guy talked about his car and salary on the first date; therefore he has a small X. Or, “If a guy talks about his car and salary on the first date, then he has a small X. The guy didn’t talk about his car and salary on the first date; therefore he doesn’t have a small X." Both of those arguments are formal logical fallacies.
Simplified; the post is saying all men who brag about money and cars have a small wang, not all people who have a small wang brag about money and cars. Or in other words, all chewing gum can be used as an adhesive, but that doesn't mean all adhesives can be used as chewing gum.
