How idiots create traffic

That's one cause, the other is just people who have no business driving because they don't realize that a 40, 000 pound vehicle is nearly impossible to stop on a snow covered highway and decide to play bumper tag in their 'invincible jeep' to put a point on my rant at 2 am eastern time a jeep decided to cut off a rig to make their exit and ended up getting creamed which closed the interstate for 4 hours because the rig flopped over and blocked three of four lanes.

Also jackasses that go 20 under the speed limit. Or morons that try to merge on to a highway going 35. Or fuckbrains that slow down to the speed minimum when they see a cop. Or shitheads that merge from the right lane into the left lane 4ft front of you to go 1mph faster than they were in order to take 15 miles to pass a truck. Or about 80% of motorcyclists that do much worse shit than this gif.

Even someone starting slightly slow from a traffic light can cause these things, it's not really fair to blame poor driving.
