Because just like with trades schools are only the first steps but it takes a shit ton of practice to master something. I've been welding for three years now (mostly in school environment) and ive learned much more from experiences outside of the school setting than i ever did while attending school.
Same here. I had years and years of science courses, but I learned so much more when I started working in a lab designing and doing my own experiments.
I find the first one far more interesting, the second one is just an amateurs atempt to a photorealistic painting, not bad but also kind of boring (this is an opinion, not a fact).
