yes. the way to harvest electricity from this would be to place a turbine infront of the orange portal. When it gets hit by the pressure of the water the turbine would spin the metal shaft in an electricity generator that is connected to the turbine, therefore using the portal/water to obtain electricity, essentially infinite in a sense since the water flows back to where it came from.
