It's just a Black Widow. Those are rarely serious unless your old and infirm or a toddler. The bite from a Black Widow is obvious cause it hurts, right away, you may feel severe pain, burning, swelling, and redness at the site. This is followed by:
Muscles that begin to hurt and become stiff, usually within 8 hours
Nausea or vomiting
Difficulty breathing
Severe abdominal pain or cramping
Excessive sweating
Rash and itching
Swollen eyelids
Weakness or tremors. You may not be able to move your legs.
However, any doctors office or hospital can treat this bite. You may not like it but you'll generally come out the other side no worse for wear.
