Stereotypes **
Although sometimes I think that we peak (beauty/ success/ popularity) once or twice in life and the majority( not all) that was popular in high school or "beautiful" just peak earlier. When they are see after years sometimes thera are not successful or popular as before, or comparison with others, the most succesful stage in their life has already passed. The other just peak after and their most succesful moments are in adulthood, not in high school. So if you haven't peak in high school don't worry you probably will peak later in life and you probably will be more successful and happy. Because your happy moments hasn't already passed!!!
What the person was trying to say is that the 'Good Girl' went for both the asshole and the good guy. Because being attracted to two men within 10 years obviously makes you a slut.

I think the point was that when they were young, both girls wanted the "bad boy" while the "good guy" was trying to be a genuine boyfriend to the "good girl" and she ignored him. When they got older the "good" man was chasing his career and other things, and the "good" woman was now chasing him because she had matured and changed her priorities. The "bad boy" also changed priorities and was chasing the "good" woman because he no longer wants the "bad" woman without her youth. The comment was because if you look the skirt of the good girl ends at her waist, her pelvis is exposed.
Guys you all got it wrong , the good girl is a slut not because she went after two guys within a ten year period or whatever but because how she is wearing her skirt. It does' t cover her hoo-ha, her va-jay jay or her place of pleasure. Hence the comment below mentions " if you look very closely". Lol.
Also, what she does with her body is not your business
