Yes, fight the nation that could single-handedly take on the rest of the world's militaries at once and win if it wanted to. That seems like a very smart idea.
They might (big might) be able to overwhelm us in a ground war, but our Air force and Navy won't let enough of them pass. And our own ground troops are the best well trained and equipped in the world. Not to mention the jets, missiles, and special operators we could use to hit them behind their own lines.

If we initiated the fighting, our first strike capability would cripple every military that might be able to slow us down.

If America took over the world, what would the name of the nation be? The United Nations of America?
Well, who is it that feels they have to tear down other religions' icons, statues and so forth because it's against the Koran to have depictions of humans?
Who feels the need to tear down statues of people that others may admire but they themselves don't like or feel they represent something they find bad?
