If your child has some sort of disability, I'm sorry and you have my sympathy (very little of time cause I don't have it) but everyone is annoyed. Doesn't matter what's wrong with your child, we are still annoyed
You can't really control babies all time time. For a time sometimes they'll cry just to cry. Yeah it's dumb to bring a baby to a movies but sometimes they have other older kids too that want to see a movie and the mom baby combo is the only one who can bring them.
