Omg! Now I know why my dad calls it "ciclon" he is Cuban but grew up with Spanish grand parents so maybe that's why.

The one on the left should actually be a typhoon too.
Hurricane=Atlantic Ocean
Typhoon=Pacific Ocean
Cyclone=Indian Ocean
