I‘ve been wondering, isn‘t it assault when a customer gets mad and throws things at an employee? How come the employee usually doesn‘t do anything about it? Are they not allowed to?
The customer is always right and many employees don't have back up from corporate so if they make the report they could get fired for causing a problem. It's a disgusting truth for too many cases. Corporate would rather have their employees suffer verbal and physical abuse rather than potential lose business due to one shit stained egg.
