I think they're referring to the strict censorship by the Chinese government. If you mention ANYTHING negative about the Chinese government or historical moments like this its censored and in many cases the individual responsible is fined or jailed.

I know-- and I was just saying that's fine, but these are people in the picture. And people looking at the picture. It absolutely should be talked about, but this isn't the typical place people would come looking for this kind of content, and The very least that could be Done is a NSFW filter

I guess it depends on where you W, but I'd say 15% of the content is questionable
