I think this is fake. Look at how the nozzle is pointing slightly upwards. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work.

I think he's hanging from something and just using the extinguisher for thrust. There's no way an extinguisher could create enough force to lift you off the ground, if it did you'd blow yourself over trying to put out a fire.
(and people would be doing this all the time, I know I would)
