i almost always must nap after i eat, this is true and fucks me up nearly every time. It's part of the reason i don't have a normal work schedule. Fuck off, I need an REM cycle.
I had this same problem whenever I ate bread. I’d fall asleep for 2 hours and wake up feeling like I had a hangover. I tried a keto diet to lose weight and in the process learned that I don’t process carbs well. The diet didn’t have the same effect on my family, but I have never been happier giving up a donut. Now I only take naps when I want to.
