Class points you get for participating. I don't understand why the hell people downvote people for asking questions. Honestly, it's not their fault they don't know.
And high schools shouldn’t have “participation credits” that’s shit for 5 yr olds. By this age you should be able to participate and if not drop out cause no one wants to carry your dumbass
I'm sorry for asking this (I'm not in High School yet...) but what is participation credit? And what is high school credits? And in high school, do you choose your classes or something? If you choose them, what happens then?
Lol, whoa, slow down. And yeah, I see why you're apologizing, the guy up there got downvoted...but in high school, let's say you're in pretty much any class in which you should know things and/or the teacher asks the students questions--most likely your teacher will make a mark by your name to signal that you participated. In my school, participation is 10% of your grade in Spanish class, so you have to regularly raise your hand to answer questions. And it's not like college, where you can choose your course, but there are classes everyone in your grade takes like English, and Science/Math in general (but at some point you may be able to choose what type of Science/Math if you're given choices, like Algebra 2 or Honors Algebra 2 [honors classes are classes that go at a faster pace than normal classes] or like Geology or Biology or Chemistry or Anatomy, etc.), and then there's electives, which you do choose yourself. Like drama, foreign language, choir, woodshop, etc.
I am in Middle school. But I go to a private school (I hate it), and we are DEFINITELY held back a lot. We don't have lockers at all, we don't have 90% of things that normal public schools would have... but I'm going to a public high school and I was just curious on what would happen because I honestly don't know...
