Debunk the whole ''Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth thing.'' They always tell me to do that when I go running but I think it's bullshit.
I heard that it's most important in a breathing rythm that you breathe in when they take a new step, and that it's not really important wether you breathe in through your nose or mouth.
I've been told to inhale nose exhale mouth because it avoids cramps and controls breathing rate. Inhaling through mouth sucks in too much air at a time and can cramp faster.
