You can get a driver's license without actually taking a driving test where I live. All you have to do is take an online course, which you can just open up a tab and look up the answers for. It's whack. I hate the drivers around me when I drive, on a highway I see one per 2 min who obviously doesn't deserve a license. What really annoys me are cops patrolling neighborhoods looking for teenagers hotboxing instead of trying to get these morons off the damn highway.
