It's confusing living in America with this nonsense. It's true among most people. It's hard when mixed too, you can't be both and neither side accepts you because you're not enough of what they are. It's truly pathetic.

It depends on their body mass, the type of diet(type of food they're eating), and how many times a day do they eat. Vegetarians should be eating at least 5 times a day on average. They should consult with their primary health Care first to ensure what they will need to take and how many times they should be eating.

I hate, HATE being a vegetarian, I miss juicy meat so much but I can't eat it due to the fact my body doesn't break it down properly thus causing me health problems. It sucks!!!! I've only been a vegetarian for 3 weeks now and it is such a pain, everything and anywhere you go it all has meat it's complete torture. Life can be so cruel...
