Yes it ordered something using the amazon echo because the amazon echo allows you to buy things on amazon with your voice. The parot probably got the echo to respond and when it offered recommendations for products the parot probably responded with yes or I'd like to order that, thus placing an order for a random product.

That could be useful and abused though. Here's one: you hear every language in your native or spoken language (you can understand any language in the world) but you can never learn to speak or write any other language and you have no idea that your brain is translating so you think everyone you meet just knows your language.

I mean it's not impossible, most names for most characters are just old rarely used names. A good example of this is I have a friend named Connor because his mom liked the terminator movies too much... im sure if he had a little sister she'd be named Sarah
