Ignoring all the stupid political correctness stuff, there is a thing where scientists have made sperm from bone marrow which is incredible, this allows lesbian couple who want to have a baby from their own DNA to have one, or infertile people who have trouble finding sperm donors etc. It's pretty incredible what science can do
