Well REM should be your last stage of sleep, as you go from REM into Stage 1, stage 2, stage 3-4 , then back up to REM and so on. REM being the lightest stage of sleep it would be "most health" to wake up then, as our bodies naturally does this. I may have interpreted your comment wrong though

It honestly depends when it goes off, if your alarm is consistent then your body clock will naturally change itself so by the time it goes off you're already in REM therefore it "is health"

Mm not that I can remember, we made everyone believe Marts was a test tube baby but I can't remember telling you anything that lasted.

For me it's the smell, guys products are neat but they stink of a weird mix of petrol and intense sandalwood

Probably from the build up of thread on certain sections, they've pulled the thread through and then behind so the edges might be thicker depending on the layers of thread beneath.

It totally sounds like that but this is true, there have been multiple cases with twins being separated from birth and then reunited in later life and their lives being very very similar. It's incredible and is also used as evidence in "Nature vs Nurture" debates that nature plays a key role in a persons personality.

No. You are a tomato because you are so wonderfully unique you are accepted as both a fruit and a vegetable
