Stop forcing people to accept your unwillingness to leave the couch. I used to be over-weight, but I changed because I didn't want to live that life. Look, if you want to be over-weight than that is your deal. Live it up, go for you! But don't pretend like it's the better choice, it's literally going to kill you someday. And, as a common courtesy for people at the beach, if you are not willing to be covered with sweat at the gym, cover up with clothes at the beach. No one wants to see your laziness
