My OCD manifests itself in completely random ways. It says to touch the corner of the book at just the right angle or else when you come home your family will be dead. Check the lock 9 times only turn back when halfway up the stairs, and don't look back, or else there will be a home invasion. Make your voice go from highest to lowest, and back up again or your dog will choke. It's not always organising thing. It's not usually consistent, the brain picks a random thing to do and an imaginary consequence for if you don't. It plagues you with intrusive thoughts, which are often violent or mean just bizarre. They're always unwanted and not a reflection of your true self. Makes you mis-remember things. It's annoying that people call the weather bi polar, describe themselves as "a little bit OCD".

Consider this: fat people, if they go to a doctor with a serious issue, will just be told that it’s a consequence of being fat. Of course, being fat leads to some health issues, but in a disturbing amount of cases, they have something not related to being fat and not to be solved strictly by diet and exercise. A woman complained of feeling lethargic, vision loss, and nausea, she was told that she needed diet and exercise. She actually had brain cancer.

Marital rape wasn't considered rape in some states then. Native American families could have their kids taken away from them and brought to boarding schools that stopped them from speaking their native languages. Not to mention all the eugenics stuff going on. And rights for the disabled were terrible.

I'm Olloch the Glutton, a dormant demon that is usually in the form of a tiny frog statuette. If you feed me anything, I will bite you, thus marking you. I will eat anything in my path after that, increasing my size, until I eat you and become dormant again, ending the cycle until some other poor fool feeds me.
