A Serbian Muslim is a Serbian person who is Muslim. Being Serbian is the ethnicity, and beong Muslim is the religion. None of what you just typed is relevant to the point.

But you can't be Muslim by ethnicity, because it's not one. That's like saying you're Christian by ethnicity, or Hindu by ethnicity. Anybody can be a Muslim, it has nothing to do with race.
