Ffs. There are tons of black girls, including me sometimes, who feel insecure about their skin tone, and comments like this don't help.

OK, but what do they do all day in pre school?
In England, kids start school at 3 - 5. Before that they can go to nurseries, like the one I work at, where they mostly play, but have a bit of learning incorporated into their day
