You won't get bulky by lifting a mear 2kg weight, or even up to 20kg. It's all about reps and sets, and also diet. Eat more protein and you'll bulk up more.

Captain America: Civil War if you just want to know about Spidey. If you want to really know more about the universe he's in and the characters within it, I suggest you see every MCU Marvel movie since Iron Man 1

Last time I was this hyped for a spiderman movie was with the Raimi trilogy, so I'm definitely going to try and watch it on the release date.
